Our studio unit is housed in one of the two smaller buildings flanking the central building, offering an efficient yet comfortable layout. With a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and a choice between a queen-size bed and a sleep sofa, this studio is ideal for shorter stays or travelers seeking a cozy, well-appointed space. Each studio also includes the convenience of in-unit laundry.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with spaces in both the front and back of the complex. This home accepts a maximum of 1 pet. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services, such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs.

While the layout or design of your unit may vary slightly from the photos, rest assured it will have the same style and include all the amenities shown for a consistent and comfortable stay. There is no iron or ironing board available, but a steamer is provided for your convenience. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce this. Guests are strongly advised to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
