Each studio also includes the convenience of in-unit laundry. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with spaces in both the front and back of the complex. This home accepts a maximum of 1 pet. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
