The property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties or events are allowed. A late check-out fee is $50 per hour. There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or firearms are allowed. Violators will be reported to the police and the contract will be immediately terminated.
