A late check-out fee is $50 per hour. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or firearms are allowed. Violators will be reported to the police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
