The property is smoke-free. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties or events are allowed. A late check-out fee is $50 per hour. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or firearms are allowed. Violators will be reported to the police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
