All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties or events are allowed. There is a late check-out fee of $50 per hour. There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or firearms are allowed of any sort.
