This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. The occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count, with trifold floor mattresses and additional linens available upon request. A shared garage with one parking space is suitable only for a small car. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
