If violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. The garage can accommodate 1 small compact car. The driveway accommodates an additional vehicle. Street parking only while the driveway is being repaired. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
