This unit does not have AC. Service animals are allowed, but undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet. The unit is part of a shared building, so please be mindful of the volume of activities. Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away is prohibited. Noise ordinance time is between 10 PM and 8 AM. The home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is suitable for quieter groups. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000. The property is smoke-free; violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 PM-8 AM) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the reservation price, covering accidental damage up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets. The property is maintained by third-party vendors who adhere to CDC guidelines, but guests are advised to deny access if standards are not met. A laptop computer is not included.
