Paid valet parking is also available. Guests have access to all the amenities offered by the resort, including rooftop pools, a gym, a spa, and an on-site restaurant. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for an extra fee of $40 per night plus tax. Paid valet parking is provided by the hotel for $38.38. Strategically located just minutes from Aventura Mall and Bal Harbor, and within walking distance from Gulfstream Park, the Arts and Culture Center, and a wide variety of dining options. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the apartment offers a wealth of activities in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer. The Aventura Mall is about a 20-minute drive and the beach is just steps away. Guests can also quickly get to Gulfstream Park, the Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest including restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars, and clubs. At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After the reservation is accepted, please provide the names of all guests who will be staying to facilitate the check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours before arrival, the reservation will be canceled. There is a $40 per day plus tax resort fee that includes beach umbrellas, towels, and two chairs, which has to be paid at the hotel upon check-in.
