The rates are $13.00 for 0-1 hour, $21.00 for 1-4 hours, $26.00 for 4-10 hours, and $44.00 for 10-24 hours, plus a $2 gratuity fee. Lost tickets incur a $34.00 fee plus the time the car has been in the lot. There is no in/out privilege, and the valet parking will only fit regular-size vehicles. Oversized vehicles won’t have space to be parked. Contact us before making a reservation if you think your vehicle is bigger than a standard-size car. The property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items or any damage that may occur in the parking lot.

Surrounded by parks, historic landmarks, Biscayne Bay, Brickell Avenue, and Miami Circle, it is perfect for both leisure and business purposes. Wholefoods Supermarket is across the bridge toward Downtown (2 blocks away), Publix supermarket is within 3 blocks, and it is 0.9 miles to Bayside, 3 miles to Wynwood, 3.5 miles to Design District, 5 miles to South Beach, and just steps to Brickell and Downtown Miami. You can conveniently move around by public transportation or taxi.
Each guest must be registered with the Master Association and receive an Unaccompanied Guest Amenities Card to access all the amenities of the building. A fee will be charged at check-in only in cash, paid directly to our host. The fees are $15 from 4:00 PM till 6:00 PM, $20 from 6:00 PM till 9:00 PM, $40 from 9:00 PM until 12:00 AM, and $60 after 12:00 AM. The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. Towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap are provided upon arrival. Replenishing these items is not provided, and washcloths are not provided. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, and violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine. Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01. Garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute, and no bags should be left on the floor. Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level. No noise should be heard in hallways and common areas between 11 PM and 7 AM. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas, and no bare feet are allowed in common areas. Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony, and no items should be hung on the balcony railing. Fireworks are not allowed.
