The home comes with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards. 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. This coastal city has the largest recreational harbor on the West Coast and is known for its amazing beaches, parks, restaurants, and outdoor shopping centers. The living is easy here and it invites you to ride bikes along the boardwalk and watch pros surf some of the biggest swells in Southern California at The Wedge. Take the ferry to Balboa Island for some of the best seafood in the area and to visit an old-school amusement park with a historic Ferris wheel. Local attractions include Newport Beach Pier, Balboa Peninsula, Corona Del Mar Beach, Crystal Cove State Park, Fashion Island, A Market, Balboa Island, Newport Beach Bike Path, and Lido Marina Village. This rental is only the top floor unit. The bottom floor is a separate rental unit. Occupancy includes an additional 1 beyond bed count. There are two queen mattresses available to accommodate the additional occupancy. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. We work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment.
