This coastal city boasts the largest recreational harbor on the West Coast and is known for its amazing beaches, parks, restaurants, and outdoor shopping centers. Enjoy bike rides along the boardwalk and watch pros surf some of the biggest swells in Southern California at The Wedge. Take the ferry to Balboa Island for some of the best seafood in the area and an old-school amusement park with a historic Ferris wheel.
Pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. This home is located in a quaint, family-friendly neighborhood. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking and outdoor noise past quiet hours. There is central air conditioning only on the second floor of this home. Both the first and the second floors have central heating. The fireplace in the primary bedroom is non-operational. The downstairs king bedroom does not have AC. The downstairs bathroom has a tub shower that requires stepping over and into the tub. Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, we have enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce this. We strongly advise guests to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
