Parking is a breeze with a driveway plus a spacious garage, allowing room for up to 5 cars. Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Two pets are allowed at this home, but pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet.
