Pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. You must be at least 21 years old to book this home. Parking is available for five cars in the driveway, with no street parking. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, particularly outdoors, between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity specified in the reservation. Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. A local security patrol will be monitoring the community. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 PM-8 AM) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. This is a smoke-free property.
Guests are required to sign a Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy prior to their stay. Accidental damage protection is included in the reservation price, covering accidental damage or loss up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets. For the safety of guests and neighbors, a local security patrol will be monitoring the community. Third-party vendors maintain the property and adhere to CDC guidelines. Guests are advised to deny access if vendors fail to meet these standards. Credit card fraud is reported and prosecuted.
