The loft in the guest house is currently not accessible. There is lots of natural sunlight in this house, with little to no window treatments in common areas and some bedrooms. This home features a Bocce Ball court and does not offer pool heat. The 6th bedroom is in the guest house which also features a kitchen, living area, and bathroom. Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. Service animals are allowed. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
