Live check-ins are required for this home. You will check in at the front desk in the lobby, where you must provide your ID. This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets, but pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. The yoga room, gym, pool, clubroom, and dog park are currently open for guest use. This unit contains a washer, dryer, and AC. This unit is part of a condo and features shared amenities such as a pool and gym. You may be fined for having glass on the pool deck, loud noise or music complaints, and pets off-leash. The home is in a busy area, which may be noisy at times. Reach out if you’re interested in booking the 33rd-floor clubhouse for an event. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, but we cannot always enforce this. We strongly advise guests to deny access if any vendors fail to meet these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
