请访问你的公寓Student Portal，点击Review My Offer以查看合同，右下角再次点击CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT，或者查看注册邮箱以获取房租支付截止日期的相关信息。如果需要支付房租，请返回主页，选择Review/Pay Statement以查看付款计划的详情。相关的关键信息为【Balance】该支付项目当前需支付的总金额【Due Date】支付截止日期（格式日/月/年），请在due date之前完成付租。
如何进行房租支付？
请登录你的公寓Student Portal，点击Review/Pay Statement以进入支付界面，然后在需要支付的项目前勾选，点击pay进入支付页。公寓支持在线刷卡支付（接受信用卡）或银行转账。 1. 在线刷卡，请确保使用的卡牌类型是以下四种之一：Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron。务必准确填写持卡人信息，并确保支付卡有足够余额，同时银行已开通并支持该支付行为。请注意，支付卡不需要持卡人本人在场。 2. 银行转账，请在顾问指导下与公寓联系以获取转账账户，然后再银行完成支付。但是请注意，电汇可能需要多个工作日到账，因此请提前做好付款安排。
我与公寓沟通了延期因素的Flexible Booking Policy，请问何时应支付房租？
由于Flexible Booking Policy是由公寓根据具体情况逐案审核和决定的，因此没有固定的统一标准。在成功申请Flexible Booking Policy之后，请单独与公寓确认支付金额和截止日期。
关于公寓特殊优惠的兑现，我该怎么做？
请参照公寓在你预订时所提供的活动细则，并跟随相关规定与公寓进行兑付。
我能否指定室友？
如果你有其他同伴一起预定，欢迎联系公寓的顾问老师，我们会尽力协助安排。
我能提前入住吗？
如有提前入住的需求，请联系你的顾问老师。如果公寓有相应租期的空房，并同意额外的房租，则可以安排提前入住。
我需不需要缴纳地税？
如果你是符合条件的全日制学生，则可以免交地税。你需要向公寓提供证明你属于全日制学生的资格证明。
我可以何时入住？
在合同开始时即可办理入住。如果在非工作时间抵达公寓，最好提前告知公寓，以便于他们安排check in。
我如何领取门卡？
在前台完成check in后，可以从公寓前台领取门卡。
可以让他人帮我领取门卡吗？
不可以。出于安全考虑，你的门卡只能由你本人领取。
我可以在公寓内养宠物吗？
不可以，公寓内是不允许饲养任何宠物的。
我需要报修怎么办？

我可以在房间内吸烟吗？
