In addition to the rent, we charge a service fee of £114, which includes a one-time cleaning before check-in and a new bed set (sheets, duvet cover, pillow, duvet). To ensure the safety of items in the room, we also require a deposit of £250, which will be refunded according to the financial reminder email received after check-out.

A deposit of £250 must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice; the remaining room fee should be paid 4 weeks or more before check-in. If the booking date is within 4 weeks of the check-in date, the deposit must be paid together with the remaining amount.

If you cancel the order more than 4 weeks before check-in, you can do so without penalty by paying the £250 deposit and £114 service fee. If you cancel within 4 weeks of check-in, you will need to pay the £250 deposit, £114 service fee, and 4 weeks' rent. After check-in, you will be responsible for the full amount of the rental term, either paying the full amount or finding a replacement tenant to terminate the lease. The deposit will not be refunded after transferring the lease.
