What is the health check for booking in popular cities?

Students who have booked Unite Students apartments should note that to ensure a fair accommodation environment, the apartments will conduct three random checks on booked students within a few weeks of reservation (recently booked students may also receive checks). The details and process are as follows:↵↵1. Method of check: Email/Phone, etc.↵2. Materials students need to prepare: University admission notice or screenshot from the university portal (showing the student's name and enough information to confirm the application process is complete)↵3. Third-party verification: For a small number of students, apartments may verify the authenticity of student information with their attending university.↵If students do not respond to any of the three contacts, the reservation will be marked as suspicious; if the student cannot be contacted, the reservation will be canceled.↵Please pay attention to the phone and email information provided during the application process and contact your responsible advisor immediately if you have any questions!
