When is the rent payment deadline?
Please log in to your apartment's Student Portal, select Review My Offer to view the contract, and click CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT in the bottom right corner to check the rent payment deadline in the contract. If you need to pay rent, return to the homepage and click Review/Pay Statement to view the details of the payment plan. The key payment information includes 【Balance】 which indicates the total amount due and 【Due Date】 which indicates the deadline for payment (format: day/month/year). Please ensure you pay the rent before the due date.
How to pay rent?
Please log in to your apartment's Student Portal, select Review/Pay Statement to enter the payment page. Tick the items you need to pay and click pay to proceed with payment. The apartment accepts online card payments (credit card accepted) or bank transfers: 1. For online card payments, ensure the card type is one of the following: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder information carefully, ensure there are sufficient funds, and that the bank allows this type of payment; note that the card does not need to be held by the cardholder. 2. For bank transfers, please contact the apartment for the transfer account under the guidance of your advisor, and then complete the payment at the bank. Note that wire transfers may take several business days to process, so please arrange payment in advance.
Can I pay in installments?
If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can choose to pay your rent in three installments due in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract starts.
