In addition to the room fee, we charge a service fee of £114, which includes a one-time cleaning and new bed linen (sheets, duvet cover, pillows, duvet). To ensure the safety of the room's contents, a £250 security deposit is collected. After check-out, a refund reminder email will be sent, and the refund can be processed as guided.

You need to pay a £250 deposit within 48 hours of receiving the invoice; the remaining room fee should be paid 4 weeks or more before check-in. If the booking date is within 4 weeks of the check-in date, payment must be made along with the deposit.

If you cancel your order more than four weeks before check-in, you can cancel without penalty by paying the £250 deposit and £114 service fee. If you cancel within four weeks of check-in, you will be charged the £250 deposit, £114 service fee, and 4 weeks' rent. If you cancel after check-in, you will be responsible for the full rental amount and must pay in full or find a substitute tenant to break the lease. Once the sublet is processed, the deposit will not be refunded.
