In addition to the room fee, we charge a service fee of £114, which includes a pre-check-in cleaning and a set of fresh bed linens (sheets, duvet cover, pillow, and duvet). To ensure the safety of the room's belongings, we also collect a £250 security deposit, and a refund reminder email will be sent after check-out, detailing the refund process.

When do I need to make the payment?

A deposit of £250 is required within 48 hours of receiving the invoice; the remaining balance must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to check-in. If booking is less than 4 weeks before check-in, the deposit must be paid together with the remaining balance.

If you cancel more than 4 weeks before check-in, you only need to pay the £250 deposit and the £114 service fee. If you cancel within 4 weeks of check-in, you must pay the deposit, the service fee, and 4 weeks' rent. If you cancel after check-in, you are responsible for the full rental period's amount and must either pay in full or find a replacement tenant to release your obligation. The deposit will not be refunded after subleasing.
