In addition to the room rate, we charge a service fee of £114, which includes pre-check-in cleaning and a set of new bedding. To ensure the safety of the property, a £250 security deposit is also required. You will receive a refund reminder email after check-out with instructions.

You need to pay the £250 deposit within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, and the remaining balance should be paid 4 weeks or more prior to check-in. If the booking date is within 4 weeks of the check-in date, both the deposit and the room fee must be paid together.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel the order more than four weeks before your arrival, you only need to pay the £250 deposit and the £114 service fee for a hassle-free cancellation. For cancellations within four weeks, you will need to pay the deposit, the service fee, and the cost of 4 weeks of rent. After check-in, you are responsible for the full rental amount and must either pay in full or find a replacement tenant. The deposit will not be refunded after a transfer.
