For cancellations made more than four weeks before check-in, a £250 deposit and £114 service fee is required for a full refund. Cancellations made within four weeks require a payment of the deposit, service fee, and four weeks' rent. After check-in, full responsibility for the rental amount applies, with either full payment due or finding a sublet to terminate the lease. No deposit will be refunded after subletting.
