Materials needed: University admission letter or a screenshot from the university portal showing the student’s name and enough information to confirm the application process; 3. Verification: For a small number of students, the accommodation may verify the authenticity of the student’s information with their university. If a student does not respond to any of the three contacts, the accommodation will mark that reservation as questionable, and if the student cannot be reached, it will cancel the reservation. Bank transfer: Log in to your Unite Students account, click on the Booking page, download the Bank Transfer Info file, and communicate with the bank in advance, bringing the relevant materials to the bank counter or self-service transfer machine for the transfer. Pay attention to include your reservation information in the remittance remarks; bank transfers are not instant, so be sure to make the transfer one to two weeks before the deadline to ensure timely arrival of funds.
