In addition to the rent, we charge a service fee of £114 which includes one pre-check-in clean and a new set of bed linens (sheets, duvet cover, pillow, duvet). A security deposit of £250 is also required for the safety of personal belongings; refund instructions will be emailed post-check out.

When do I need to make the payment?

A deposit of £250 must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice; the remaining balance is due at least 4 weeks before check-in. If the booking date is less than 4 weeks before the check-in date, the deposit must be paid along with the balance.

What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations made more than 4 weeks before check-in, a £250 deposit and a £114 service fee will allow for a no-fault cancellation. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of check-in require payment of the deposit, service fee, and 4 weeks of rent. For cancellations after check-in, the full rental amount must be covered, either by paying in full or finding a replacement tenant. The deposit will not be refunded after re-letting is completed.

Unfortunately, our rental periods are flexible from 2 to 51 weeks, and due to the high turnover of rooms, we cannot provide specific room numbers at the time of booking; room assignments will be communicated at check-in by the front desk.

Yes, as long as you are a student and at least 18 years old, you can book a room.
