In addition to rent, we charge a service fee of £114, which includes cleaning and sanitization before check-in and a set of new bed linens (sheets, duvet cover, pillow, and duvet). To ensure safety of property, we also require a deposit of £250, and you will receive an email reminder for the refund steps after check-out.

When do I need to make the payment?

The £250 deposit is due within 48 hours after receiving the invoice; the remaining rent must be paid 4 weeks or more before check-in. If the booking date is less than 4 weeks away from the check-in date, payment must be made together with the deposit.

What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations made more than 4 weeks before check-in, only the £250 deposit and the £114 service fee are required for a no-fault cancellation. If cancelled within 4 weeks of check-in, the £250 deposit, £114 service fee, and 4 weeks of rent are owed. For cancellations after check-in, the guest is responsible for the entire rental amount, either paying in full or finding a substitute for the lease. The deposit is non-refundable after processing the transfer.

We apologize, but due to our flexible rental periods (2 to 51 weeks) and frequent room turnover, we cannot provide an exact room number at the time of booking. Room assignments will be communicated at check-in.
