How to pay rent?

Please access your apartment's Student Portal, click on Review/Pay Statement to enter the payment page, check the items you need to pay, and then click pay to proceed. The apartment supports online card payments (credit cards accepted) or bank transfers. 1. For online payments, ensure that the card is one of the following types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder's information carefully and ensure the card has enough limit and that the bank supports the payment. Note that the card does not need to be in the cardholder's possession. 2. For bank transfers, the apartment supports registration with pay to study and then you can complete the corresponding payment at the bank. However, please note that wire transfers may take several business days to process, so advance arrangements for payment are advised.

What fire safety measures are in place at iQ Flinders House?

Our top priority is always the safety of students. iQ Student Accommodation implements proactive fire safety measures, with all properties confirmed safe for habitation by independent fire engineers. These measures include: Each bedroom and kitchen as well as certain buildings may be equipped with smoke or heat detectors and may include sprinkler systems, wet risers, and automatic smoke venting systems. All our buildings are equipped with fire detection systems. On-site staff are trained 24/7 to proactively manage fire safety issues, including how to respond to fire alarms, tenant induction training, regular building checks, weekly alarm tests, and periodic fire drills. In most of our buildings, the fire alarms are connected to central monitoring services via Red Care. All fire safety systems are maintained daily according to UK standards and are managed solely by national contractors (employing certified qualified personnel). The fire safety systems at iQ Student Accommodation are regularly audited by external qualified risk assessors and internally reviewed by professional health and safety officers.
