Please note that the card must be one of the following types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Ensure you have sufficient funds, fill in the account information accurately, and that the bank permits this transaction. The card does not need to be held by the individual making the payment. 2. Bank Transfer: Contact the apartment for the payment account information under the guidance of an advisor and complete the payment through your bank. Make sure to include your name and ID for identification purposes; wire transfers may take several working days to be received, so please arrange to pay in advance. 3. Phone Payment: Call the apartment and provide your account information to make a payment. 4. In-Person Payment: Students who are already in the area before the rent payment deadline may pay at the apartment front desk in person.

Is the deposit I pay when booking a security deposit? How is it refunded?

The deposit is considered a holding fee and is not deducted from the rent. After booking, your deposit will be held by a third-party organization in the UK until the end of the lease, when it will be returned based on the condition of the room. Significant damages may result in the deduction of part or all of the deposit, so please report any damages promptly.
