The £250 deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice; the remaining rent should be paid four weeks or more before check-in. If the booking date is within four weeks of the check-in date, both the deposit and rent must be paid together.

If you cancel the reservation more than four weeks before check-in, you will only need to pay the £250 deposit and £114 service fee to cancel without penalty. If you cancel within four weeks of check-in, you will need to pay the deposit, service fee, and four weeks' rent. If you cancel after check-in, you will be liable for the entire rental period and need to pay in full or find someone to take over the lease. The deposit will not be refunded after a transfer.
