定金是押金，不可抵扣房租。在完成预订后，您的押金会转交给英国的第三方机构保管，直到租期结束时，根据房间设施的损坏程度进行退还（严重损坏可能会扣除一部分或全部押金，因此请务必及时报修房间内设施的问题）。
我可以选择室友吗？
