What is the deadline for paying rent?
Please log into your apartment Student Portal, click on Review My Offer to access the contract view, then in the bottom right corner click CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT again, or check your registered email for the rent payment deadline in the contract. If you need to pay rent, return to the homepage and click Review/Pay Statement to see the details of the payment plan. Key information includes [Balance] the total amount due for this payment, and [Due Date] the payment deadline (format: day/month/year). Please pay before the due date.
How to pay rent?
Please log into your apartment Student Portal, click on Review/Pay Statement to access the payment page, check the items that need to be paid, and click pay to proceed. The apartment accepts online card payments (credit cards accepted) or bank transfers. 1. For online card payments, make sure that the card type is one of the following: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder's information carefully and ensure that the card has sufficient credit and that the bank supports payment. Note that the card does not need to be in the cardholder's possession. 2. For bank transfers, contact the apartment for transfer details under the guidance of your advisor, and then complete the payment at the bank. Note that wire transfers may take several working days to process, so make sure to arrange payment in advance.
Can I pay in installments?
If you have a valid guarantor in the UK, you can choose to pay the rent in three installments, which are due in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract starts.
