Apartment regulations
How to refund a deposit
Refund consideration will be given if the student informs them before paying the 1st installment by July 31st. Please note this applies only to serious issues such as medical conditions, visa rejections, etc.
How to renew the lease
Students should inform in November to renew for the September tenancy of 24\25. They will notify via email before they accept new bookings.
How to sublet
Requests to change rooms or allow a substitute tenant to take over your lease after the start date stipulated in the lease agreement will be governed by availability and our sole discretion. If the apartment agrees, a fee of £50 will apply
Early check-in available
They can check whether the student can move in early before booking. If not, a different room will be offered for a short term.
