The Clarendon

Clarendon is located at WD17 in Watford and is one of the tallest and most luxurious residential buildings in the area, offering facilities such as a gym, cinema, concierge service, club lounge and cafe. The second floor of this building, facing west, features a Manhattan-style suite with separate living and sleeping areas, covering an area of over 400 square feet and fully furnished. It is expected to be put into use on January 7, 2026.
