何时需要付款？
250 镑保证金需要在收到发票后的48小时之内付款；其余房费需要在入住前4周或以上付款。如果订房日期距入住日期在4周以内，则需要和保证金一起付款。
可以分期付款吗？
我们为总价超过5000镑的订单提供了分期付款计划，您可以向销售顾问咨询具体细节。
取消政策是怎么样的呢？
入住前四周以上取消订单，支付 250 镑作为定金和114镑的服务费便可以无责任地取消预订。如果在入住前的四周内取消订单，需要支付250镑的定金、114镑的服务费以及四周的房费。如果在入住后取消预订，则需要对整个租期的金额负责，需要全款结清或者找到其他人来顶替合约。一旦办理转租手续，押金将不退还。
可以双人共住吗？
部分工作室允许双人入住，每周还要多收取50英镑。
可以挑选房间号码吗？
很抱歉，我们提供灵活的2-51周租期，房间流转频率高，无法在订房时为顾客提供准确的房间号，具体房间安排以入住时前台通知为准。
其他城市的学生可以预订房间吗？
只要是满18岁的学生，就可以入住。
