According to the lease agreement, you are bound by law until the end of the lease term. However, if you have a replacement tenant, the apartment may consider terminating your lease. The replacement tenant must meet all of the apartment's criteria and provide complete guarantor details before the process is completed. Exiting tenants will be charged a fee of £50. If you require further information about this process, please contact the apartment.
Refund Policy
All cancellations must be notified to the apartment in writing; verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations are only valid once written consent from the apartment has been received.
Upon signing the contract, you are legally bound to fulfill the lease, and you can only terminate the contract by finding a suitable replacement tenant and assuming full rental responsibility.
