Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refunds If, for any reason, you cancel within 14 days of submitting this online booking, you will receive the holding deposit back. If you cancel after 14 days, the holding deposit will be retained by CityBlock to cover reasonable costs. If you proceed to sign an appropriate tenancy agreement and take up accommodation, your holding deposit of £100 will be allocated as a refundable tenancy deposit as itemized in the agreement. CityBlock will protect your deposit with a government-approved scheme within 30 days of you signing your agreement. If you miss the grades to enter your desired university/college, you can cancel your room at CityBlock by providing either a rejection letter or screenshot of your UCAS status within 7 days of receiving your results. If CityBlock accepts the documentation, your tenancy deposit will be refunded, and the Tenancy Agreement will be void.
