The apartment will try to accommodate your request. If there is a room available for a swap and you have a valid reason for changing, the apartment can facilitate the room exchange. Please note that there may be a difference in price for the new room.

These items are generally not included in your room as they are often personal belongings. However, we have partnered with UniKitOut and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option) so that you can purchase everything you need for your room, ready upon arrival.

Your accommodation does not include cleaning services. However, you can contact the Nido team to book cleaning services for a small fee.

We strive to ensure that everything you need during your stay is included. To clarify, your rent does not cover the following items: Some of our Nidos have vending machines; snacks and drinks from the machines are at your own expense; You can pay for laundry either on a pay-as-you-go basis or book room cleaning for a flat fee at the reception; If you need any bedding, towels, or kitchen items during your stay, you can purchase them through UniKitOut. We partner with them to provide various options and delivery to your door.

When will my deposit be refunded?

The apartment will hold your deposit with the TDS until it is returned to you. After your lease ends, the apartment will refund your deposit after inspecting the room. If there are damages, the compensation will be deducted from the deposit.

All nido apartments have a laundry room available 24/7 with washing machines, dryers, and ironing boards. To check real-time availability, download the Circuit laundry app. The costs for laundry and dry cleaning can be found in your welcome book provided at check-in. Payment is through a pay-as-you-go card, available for purchase at the laundry machines. If you have questions about laundry, please talk to a team member who will be happy to help.

How to request repairs?

The apartment's maintenance team is available five days a week to assist with any issues, and they can also respond to emergencies on weekends. If you encounter any maintenance issues during your stay, simply log it on your maintenance portal (full information can be found in your welcome book). The team will keep you updated on progress and schedule a time to enter your room.

Can I bring guests to my room?

There are no restrictions on guest entry during the day. If a guest stays overnight, one guest can stay for up to eight consecutive nights within a month. All guests must be at least 18 years old. You must sign in when guests arrive, and they need to present a photo ID to enter the building.
