该如何支付房租呢？
同学可以登录自己的公寓账户，通过网上支付(Visa或Master卡)来交房租。同时也可以选择到公寓现场进行汇款。
我在预定时享有公寓的特殊优惠，如何才能兑现？
请查阅您在预定时公寓提供的优惠活动细则，并按照这些条款与公寓进行兑现。如果有疑问，可以咨询订房顾问或售后服务人员。
我可以挑选室友吗？
如果你有朋友一起预订，可以联系我们的顾问老师，我们会尽量协助安排室友。
我可以提前入住吗？
若有提前入住的需求，请联系您的顾问老师。如果公寓有适当的空房，且同意支付额外房租，则可安排提前入住。
我需要交地税吗？
如果你是符合条件的全日制学生，就可以免于缴纳地税。你需向公寓提供证明材料以证明你的全日制学生身份。
我什么时候能办理入住手续？
在合同生效的那一刻就可办理入住。如果你在非工作时间抵达，最好提前通知公寓，以便于他们做好入住安排。
我应该如何获取我的门卡？
在前台完成入住手续后，可以在公寓前台领取门卡。
可以让他人代我领取门卡吗？
不可以，出于安全考虑，门卡必须由本人亲自领取。
我能在公寓内养宠物吗？
不可以，公寓严禁饲养任何宠物。
我该如何进行报修？
可通过公寓的应用程序进行报修。如公寓没有APP，可在前台办理报修事项。
我可以在房间里吸烟吗？
公寓禁止吸烟，出于安全考虑，并且房间里配有烟雾探测器。如需吸烟，请咨询公寓前台以了解指定的吸烟区域。
