The Lodge, as it is known to those who have lived there, is in the perfect spot between the university and the town centre. It has six large double bedrooms, of which three are en-suite. The kitchen has more than enough room to have friends round, and with doors opening to a small paved garden, there is space for BBQ’ing too. The sitting room is spacious with a comfy sofa. There are two off street parking spaces and a large cellar for those who find it difficult to travel lightly. This is often described as one of the best houses in Exeter, and we would strongly recommend early viewing as it is usually taken by the end of October.
