15-day cooling-off period To reserve a room, you need to pay £100 (Reservation Rent), with the payment time shown in the apartment system being the reference. From the day of booking, you have 15 days to sign the lease agreement. During this period, if you wish to cancel the reservation, the Reservation Rent can be fully refunded. Written rejection letter from your chosen university/higher education institution 2. Reasons and evidence why you cannot attend university Please note: When you sign the lease agreement, you will enter into a legal agreement with the landlord and will be responsible for paying the full rent for the duration of your stay. The apartment will cancel your reservation if: The terms and conditions of the apartment require you to sign the lease agreement online within 15 days of receiving the Accommodation Offer. If you fail to sign the agreement within this period, the apartment may cancel your reservation and notify you by email. Additionally, if it is beyond the 15-day cooling-off period, you will lose any "Reservation Rent" already paid.
