已经预订了Unite Students旗下公寓的同学，请注意：为了营造一个公平良好的居住环境，公寓管理方将在预订后的几周内对已预订的同学进行三次随机检查（最近进行预订的同学也可能会被抽查）。具体的细节和流程如下：↵↵1. 抽检方式：通过电子邮件或电话等方式进行；↵2. 学生在抽检时需要提供的材料：大学录取通知书或大学门户网站的截图（需清楚显示学生的姓名及足够的信息以确认已完成申请流程）；↵3. 第三方核实：对于少数学生，公寓可能与其所在大学确认学生信息的真实性。↵如学生未在三次联系中作出任何回应，公寓将把该预订标记为可疑订单；如果一直无法联系到学生，公寓将取消该预订。↵↵请大家在申请公寓时一定要留意/检查提供的电话和邮箱是否能够接收到公寓的信息，如有任何疑问，请及时与负责的顾问联系！
