2026/27 Academic Year Price Commitment: Eligible customers who book rooms at the properties listed in Appendix 1 through the supplier during the booking period from November 5, 2025, to January 16, 2026 (“Booking Period”) for the 2026/27 academic year (“Relevant Academic Year”) may enjoy a minimum weekly rent guarantee (subject to these terms and conditions). What is the offer? Under these terms and conditions, existing customers who book rooms at the properties listed in Appendix 1 through the supplier, with a stay of at least 39 weeks during the Relevant Academic Year, may enjoy a minimum weekly rent guarantee. If the weekly rent for the same property, room type, and length of stay is lower on the supplier's website than the weekly rent you booked, the supplier will reduce your booked weekly rent to the lower amount. All properties listed in Appendix 1 are included in this offer (“Properties”). Am I eligible? To qualify for this offer, you need to: Book a room directly with the supplier for a minimum stay of 39 weeks; and Book directly with the supplier, the supplier's agents, or through the supplier's "mini program" during the booking period.
