We offer a variety of room types that are thoughtfully designed and furnished with modern decor, equipped with complete living amenities including hot and cold water, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware. Our management team is dedicated to providing you with a safe, friendly, and comfor living environment. * Please pay a management fee deposit of NZD 150 when booking. * Some rooms are available for backpackers accommodation. **Apartment Facilities** - Coin-operated laundry room - High-speed wireless internet access - DDI phone in each room - 24/7 apartment management service - Security monitoring system **Important Notes** a. According to the apartment regulations, a cleaning fee of NZD 150 is required upon checkout. b. The bond will be refunded within 7-14 business days after the tenancy ends, from the apartments company trust account. c. Regarding subleasing: According to the apartment rules, subleasing of student apartments requires finding a tenant on your own and completing the necessary procedures at the front desk. The costs associated with subleasing are to be borne by the sublessor; please inquire at the apartment front desk for specific amounts.
