MAYORAL DRIVE STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

If you choose to cancel your accommodation after paying the initial fee and receiving your admission notice, you will be entitled to a refund according to the following provisions; If you are unable to arrive on the selected date due to flight cancellation, we may change your lease start date. Depending on the length of the delay, there may be some economic penalties. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If your flight is delayed, please email the hotel directly. Reasons for cancellation: - Providing false or misleading information during the application or booking process - Failure to pay the deposit or rent in advance - Failure to sign the Residential Lease Agreement as required - Changing your mind will result in fines. This may include confiscation of part or all of your pre-paid rent and/or bond payment, and negotiation will be conducted based on the specific circumstances. Please note that any refundable fees will be processed within 14 days after the refund is finally determined. * If you wish to cancel your agreement and your contract start date has passed, it will be considered a lease interruption, and the lease interruption conditions will apply (*please refer to the Residential Lease Agreement).
