The property is equipped with 500 Mbps wireless internet, comfor desks, laundry facilities (including a dryer and washing machine), and an all-inclusive kitchen to meet your daily needs. **Cost Details** - **Deposit**: None - **Stamp Duty**: 50-100 RM - **Rental Includes**: Utilities (including air conditioning usage for up to 10 hours a day; any excess will incur an additional charge of 100 RM per month), internet, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, weekly cleaning service, and weekly bed linen changes. **Cancellation and Subletting Policy** For normal lease termination or early termination, please notify us at least seven days in advance. If no prior notice is given, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting seven days rent. Please note that subletting the property is not permitted.
