Our property is equipped with a 500 Mbps wireless internet connection, comfor work desks, laundry facilities (including both a dryer and a washing machine), and a fully stocked kitchen. ### Fee Details - No deposit required - Stamp duty: 50-100 RM - Rent includes: utilities (providing 10 hours of air conditioning daily, with an additional charge of 100 RM monthly for usage beyond that), internet, detergents, toilet paper, weekly cleaning services, and linen changes. ### Property Configuration This space features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating a total of 8 people.
