The apartment is located near UC3M University and features authentic photos taken last year. Due to natural wear and tear, the current condition of the furniture has declined. Rooms 1, 2, and 3 share a bathroom, while Room 4 has an en-suite bathroom. Although the apartment is relatively small, it provides all the basic facilities for students. We offer a complimentary cleaning service for the common areas every two months. However, please be aware that on the day of check-in, there may be cleanliness issues due to shared living arrangements. Also, note that the decorative items shown in the photos are for reference only, and we do not guarantee that all tenants will have access to these items. In this university area, most buildings are quite old and do not have elevators. Our apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. We provide a full set of bedding, but tenants can also choose to bring their own blankets or purchase them at Carrefour. We welcome student bookings. The maximum accepted age is 32.
