**Room Description** This private room is equipped with a desk and chair, bedside , mirror, lighting fixtures, and wardrobe. The bed comes with a mattress protector but does not include bed sheets or pillows. **Services and Relevant Information** - Maintenance service may be available. - Check-in procedures can be arranged. - Customer service is available to handle your inquiries and general matters during your stay. - The minimum rental period is 1 month, and the maximum is 12 months, with the option to renew the lease upon expiration. **Payment Terms** All fees must be paid via bank transfer, with the full amount required to be paid in advance before moving in. **General Terms** - A one-time photography inventory fee of €64.15 must be paid before check-in (this fee is used to guarantee the return of the security deposit and ensure the landlord has photo documentation of the rooms condition). - An additional fee of approximately €38 will be charged if the bank account is from a foreign country. After you pay the reservation fee, the landlord will send you a welcome letter via email containing all necessary information and instructions, as well as a request for your personal documents and bank details to complete the lease agreement. If the landlord does not receive all the requested documents and full payment before check-in, the tenant will incur an additional fee of €181.50 for processing a temporary contract. A few days before your arrival, the landlord will contact you to confirm your check-in time. **Important Notes** If the booking is made on the same day, check-in must occur at least 48 hours later, as we cannot accommodate same-day check-ins.
