### Room Description This private room is equipped with a desk and chair, bedside , mirror, desk lamp, and wardrobe. The bedding provided includes only a mattress cover; bed sheets and pillows are not included. ### Services and Additional Information - Possibility of maintenance services - Registration is available - Customer service is provided to answer any questions and concerns you may have during your stay - The minimum rental period for the lease agreement is 1 month, while the maximum is 12 months, with the option to extend ### Payment Methods All fees must be paid via bank transfer, and full payment is required before check-in. ### General Terms - A one-time inventory checklist fee of €64.15 must be paid upon check-in (this fee is for the landlord to document the rooms condition through photographs at the time of handover to ensure the return of the deposit). - If the bank account is a foreign currency account, an additional fee of approximately €38 will apply. After successful payment of the reservation, the landlord will send you a welcome email with all necessary information and instructions, and will request you to submit personal documents and bank account information to finalize the lease agreement. If the landlord does not receive the required documents and full payment prior to check-in, an additional fee of €181.50 will be charged as a temporary contract fee. A few days before your check-in, the landlord will contact you to arrange a specific check-in time. ### Important Notes If you book on the same day, the check-in time must be scheduled at least 48 hours later. We cannot accommodate same-day check-in requests.
