### Room Description This private room is equipped with a desk and chair, bedside , mirror, desk lamp, and wardrobe. The bed includes only a mattress protector; bed linen and pillows are not provided. ### Services and Related Information - Maintenance services may be available. - Registration is possible. - Customer service is available to address your inquiries and general questions during your stay. - The rental contract has a minimum duration of 1 month and a maximum of 12 months, with an option to renew. ### Payment Methods All fees must be paid via bank transfer and are required to be settled in full prior to check-in. ### General Terms - A one-time photography inventory fee of €64.15 must be paid before check-in (this fee guarantees that the landlord can refund the security deposit based on the photographic record of the room). - An additional fee of approximately €38 will be charged if the bank account is a foreign account. Once your reservation payment is completed, you will receive a welcome email from the landlord containing all necessary information and instructions, along with a request for personal documents and bank details to finalize the rental agreement. If the landlord has not received all the required documents and full payment in advance prior to check-in, a temporary contract fee of €181.50 will be charged. A few days before your move-in date, the landlord will contact you to confirm the check-in time. ### Important Notes If the reservation is made on the same day, check-in must be scheduled at least 48 hours later. We are unable to offer same-day check-in services.
